I dealt with Charles, who was upfront and honest about the less-than-ideal details of the car in was interested in. I told him I needed to sleep on it, and that I would call in the morning. As luck would have it, when I followed up, a different customer was on his way to the bank for money to buy the car I'd wanted. Charles offered me a steep discount on a similar car, but it didn't have some of the features I was looking for. Charles later called and asked permission to look for cars on my behalf. The following day, he texted pics and specs for a car he'd found, but I was already negotiating a price with a person from Craigslist. Even though I wasn't going to buy a car from Charles at that time, he offered to run a Carfax report for me. I didn't take him up on it because a Carfax was included in the description of the car I bought, but I was astounded and touched by the above-and-beyond customer service that Charles provided. He's honest, and it's clear that he enjoys matching people with the cars they are looking for.
