We had a very pleasant transaction with Jeremiah. He was very accommodating and most importantly, honest with his cars. He takes time explaining everything we need to know about the cars we are interested in and we never felt we are being pressured. We came at his dealership took a look in his cars and test drove one, again he's very honest with the small issues of the cars that I would otherwise have overlooked. He didn't try to hide anything, that further sold me into buying a car from him. We went home with the car the same day. He processed all the paperwork and when we are about to leave he checked our fuel level and noticed it was low, he gave us gas money! We are definitely pleased with the purchase. The car he sold to us is good too, Jeremiah knows his Subarus! Best part is, he gave us discounts to accommodate our budget. Thank you Love Auto Group!

Where do I begin. This was an excellent experience and I was really taking back how this went, in a GREAT WAY. So I had been searching for a 350Z hardtop or convertible for 4 months and been dealing with shady dealers and private sales! I was about to give up when I saw this 2004 350Z convertible (6spd) on CarGurus which was exactly what I was looking for. But it was all the way in Illinois and I’m in Massachusetts. So I sent an inquire anyways on the car and got a call from Jeremiah on the car right away. We spoke on phone for a few minutes I told him about somethings I was worried about buying a car unseen. He was more than happy to help me put that to rest. We scheduled a video call for the next day, and we even chatted a bit via text message after the call. The day of the video call he texted me and ask if I was still available, and confirmed the time. Prior to call he had to text me how to add him to my IPhone video call because he didn’t have an iPhone, after some trial and error we were good to go. He really went above and beyond on that call, let me ask anything I wanted and showed me everything! It actually stared down pouring during the call and he had the top down lol. After he got the top up he continued to do the walk around ! I had to tell him to stop and get in the car, it was cool. He offered to drive it and show me certain things I had asked about , but I told him it’s ok we can wait on that. We talked about price and came to a great price that would include shipping the car to me. I agreed and we started the documentation the next day, which was done all via Docusign. To my surprise that day he texted me and told me he was going to get some more videos of the car and text them to me with google b video, so I could be assured the car was in great condition ! Jeremiah sent me like 6-7 videos!!! of the car and he even used his drone to follow the car while is tech drove it. He also made me a video, and took photos are the car being loaded on the transport truck. He then gave me an extension on the warranty, both for time and mileage because this isn’t my daily driver. The Z is weekend, when it’s nice out car. Two weeks later: I’ve had one small hiccup with the car ( oil pan gasket) is leaking, and he offered to pay half! What kinda person or place ( dealer) does this! I can tell you NONE, NOBODY! You may find 1 out of 20 dealers that do things like this, especially when the customer is 800+ miles away. I can tell you honestly if you looking to buy a car from this man buy it! He will take care of you like he’s known you all along.
